DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, May 20\, 10:30 am \nWe will be celebrating Music Heritage Sunday on May 20th this month. We will only have one service that day at 10:30 a.m. This will be a great opportunity to touch base with all of your friends that attend different services than you. The service will be followed by an all-congregation meal in Barker Hall that all are invited to. \nSince Music Heritage Sunday also falls on Pentecost Sunday\, the theme of our worship will be “Gifts.” We have been very blessed by God and this worship service will give musical thanks for the wonderful things that we have in our lives. All of our Mountain View ensembles will participate but\, more importantly\, we would also like our congregation to lift up its voice in song. We will be singing very familiar hymns that give thanks to our Lord. \nI have always believed that music has the ability to really internalize the teachings of the Bible. So bring a friend to church and join us in a morning of musical prayer. The members of our music program are hoping that you will hear something that will send a message to you and have great meaning in your life. \n  \n  \n
