SUMMARY:Young Women’s Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Young Women’s Retreat Via Zoom: June 26 \nThe Mountain Sky Conference of United Methodist Women is planning a retreat for young women\, ages 12-17\, on Saturday\, June 26 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The theme is “Pressing Pause\,” and the retreat content is based upon the MISSION u study\, A Youth Study\, Managing Anxiety. Young women are invited to come together to build community\, learn techniques for managing anxiety\, and have fun. Goody boxes will be mailed to registrants before the retreat. Their contents will be used and enjoyed during the retreat. A scavenger hunt\, laughter yoga\, craft projects – these are just a few of the things that registrants can anticipate. We are thrilled that Bishop Karen Oliveto will be involved in this retreat. A copy of the study is available from the Church Office; please contact Michael Shor or Larissa Hoffman to share the study.
