These are the results of the final vote to adopt a Reconciling Welcome Statement and affiliate with Reconciling Ministries Network:
148 yes votes to adopt the Reconciling Welcome Statement and to affiliate with RMN
5 no votes to not adopt the welcome statement or affiliate with RMN
4 abstentions – altered ballots where a “yes” or “no” vote is unclear were counted as abstentions
157 total votes
94.3% of the votes favored the adoption of the welcoming statement and affiliation with RMN. This exceeds the requirement of at least 75% of the total votes cast. Accordingly Mountain View is now officially a Reconciling Church.
