It is time once again to donate gently-used clothing for the 4 Corners Native American Thrift Shop in Shiprock, NM. Bring your donations to the church and leave them outside the Outreach Closet and we’ll do the rest! Large sizes and children’s clothes needed!

Church Spruce-Up Day  Saturday, June 19, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Usher in summer with some light yardwork to beautify the church. All abilities welcome. Pick up some pinecones, yank a few weeds, and enjoy some fellowship with one another as we spruce up our church!  

Young Women’s Retreat Via Zoom: June 26 The Mountain Sky Conference of United Methodist Women is planning a retreat for young women, ages 12-17, on Saturday, June 26 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The theme is “Pressing Pause,” and the retreat content is based upon the MISSION u study, A Youth Study, Managing Anxiety. Save the Date for A Day Together on June 12 The Peaks Pikes Peak District of United Methodist Women will hold its Day Together on Saturday, June 12, from 8:45 am – 11:30 am. Parking Lot Chalk Art!  Saturday, June 26, 1:30 – 3:00 pm Come to the church to participate in making some parking lot chalk art! We’ll be creative, enjoy some fellowship, and celebrate being together! Each family will be invited to draw their masterpiece within the space of one single parking spot. Don’t forget to sign your artwork! Chalk will be available, but you are also encouraged to bring your own supplies. 

Youth Car Wash: Sunday, June 13, 11:00-12:30 If you need a car wash, plan to stay after church on Sunday, June 13 and the youth will wash your car for you! A $10 donation is requested for each vehicle we wash. All money raised will go towards summer activities and future mission trips! Your continued support of our youth is always appreciated! 

Cal-Wood Opportunities: Youth Mini-Mission Trip: June 18 – 19              BUMMP has organized work days at Cal-Wood Education Center for repair work that needs to be done due to last year’s fire. Cal-Wood staff will guide volunteers through projects to develop erosion control barriers, reseeding grasses, planting trees, rebuilding bridges and picnic benches, rebuilding trails, and more!   Our Crossfyre youth will be heading up to Cal-Wood on Saturday, June 19.
